Should the citizens of Santa Rosa County, Florida, support a one-half penny or one penny sales tax to fund a Judicial Center for Santa Rosa County along Avalon Boulevard to be constructed as soon as possible but limited to an amount approved by us for expenditure on that Judicial Center.
