I would like to suggest the County consider constructing a new court house at the old Ford Dealership. It is for sale, centrally located, and in close proximity to the other county offices. The property consists of 4+ acres with additional acreage around it available to be purchased as well. The entire Santa Rosa County population would have ease of access without the complicated streams of traffic associated with property on Avalon Blv., where some have suggested the new facility might be built. Why build a new Jucicial Center so far away from the other major county offices anyway? Why not build on an available and user freindly sight like the old Ford dealership property? I think someone should move on this before the property is sold to someone else.
